- 10+ years in Human Resources or People Business Partnering
- 5+ years supporting executive or C-level leaders
- Experience with Commercial, GTM, Sales, and Marketing
- Experience supporting sales compensation plans and incentive models
- Executive-level influencing skills to drive outcomes
- Experience supporting salaried and hourly staff across multiple job families

- $177,100-$230,000 base salary plus equity and benefits.
