🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business, or equivalent experience
8+ years HRIS experience, including 5+ years with Workday
3+ years leading technical teams, global or multi-region
Hands-on Workday configuration: Core HCM, Time, Absence, Talent & Performance
Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred)
Proven ability to manage multiple HR platforms and integrations
