🎯 Requirements
- Strong experience as a Developer, Systems Engineer, or similar
- Hands-on HRIS/ATS experience (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, Lever)
- Experience building integrations and automations via APIs and webhooks
- Comfort owning JIRA boards/workflows for cross-functional teams
- Strong data skills
- Translate non-technical requirements into clear technical solutions
