  • HRIS Operations: day-to-day HRIS support, data accuracy, access control.
  • Employee Lifecycle: onboarding, changes, org updates, offboarding.
  • Data & Position mgmt: maintain employee data and org structures.
  • User access & permissions: manage roles and access per policy.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT.
  • Temporary maternity leave cover.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2+ years in HRIS/HR Ops or similar role.
  • Hands-on HRIS experience; familiarity with SuccessFactors a plus.
  • Familiar with Oracle HRIS is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and position management.
  • Excellent English skills and strong communication.
