- Cross-functional collaboration: with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT.
- Temporary maternity leave cover.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 2+ years in HRIS/HR Ops or similar role.
- Hands-on HRIS experience; familiarity with SuccessFactors a plus.
- Familiar with Oracle HRIS is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and position management.
- Excellent English skills and strong communication.
