π― Requirements
- 6-8+ years of hands-on experience managing and implementing HRIS platforms.
- Direct experience leading HRIS implementations or major module rollouts.
- Strong background in data auditing, migration, and cross-system reconciliation.
- Experience designing HRIS integrations and workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to build governance processes and sustainable operational controls.
- Preferred: HiBob HRIS experience; cloud-based HRIS platforms; growth-stage exposure.
