  • Lead HRIS module rollouts (time cards, leaves, LMS, integrations).
  • Configure and optimize modules to improve usability and adoption.
  • Ensure employees, managers, and HR teams are trained and supported.
  • Drive structured implementation plans, documentation, and change management.
  • Audit historical data and migrate legacy data into the HRIS.
  • Establish and document data governance standards and ownership.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of hands-on experience managing and implementing HRIS platforms.
  • Direct experience leading HRIS implementations or major module rollouts.
  • Strong background in data auditing, migration, and cross-system reconciliation.
  • Experience designing HRIS integrations and workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to build governance processes and sustainable operational controls.
  • Preferred: HiBob HRIS experience; cloud-based HRIS platforms; growth-stage exposure.
