- Lead HRIS module rollouts (time cards, leaves, LMS, integrations).
- Configure and optimize modules to improve usability and adoption.
- Ensure employees, managers, and HR teams are trained and supported.
- Drive structured implementation plans, documentation, and change management.
- Audit historical data and migrate legacy data into the HRIS.
- Establish and document data governance standards and ownership.
🎯 Requirements
- 6-8+ years of hands-on experience managing and implementing HRIS platforms.
- Direct experience leading HRIS implementations or major module rollouts.
- Strong background in data auditing, migration, and cross-system reconciliation.
- Experience designing HRIS integrations and workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to build governance processes and sustainable operational controls.
- Preferred: HiBob HRIS experience; cloud-based HRIS platforms; growth-stage exposure.
