- Lead Workday configuration and governance across core modules.
- Own bi-annual Workday releases: impact review, testing, UAT, deployment.
- Oversee integrations and vendor interfaces with IT and Payroll.
- Develop and lead the in-house HRIS team; set priorities and cadence.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT on system strategy and optimization.
π― Requirements
- 8+ years HRIS experience; 5+ years hands-on Workday.
- Experience leading an in-house HRIS team.
- Deep expertise in at least three HRIS modules with broad coverage.
- Experience with Greenhouse connections for ATS.
- Proven ownership of testing, releases, and integrations.
- Workday certifications preferred but not required.
