  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT on system strategy and optimization.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years HRIS experience; 5+ years hands-on Workday.
  • Experience leading an in-house HRIS team.
  • Deep expertise in at least three HRIS modules with broad coverage.
  • Experience with Greenhouse connections for ATS.
  • Proven ownership of testing, releases, and integrations.
  • Workday certifications preferred but not required.
