Configure and maintain HRIS processes, fields, security groups, and reports
Own and support HRIS integrations (payroll, benefits, ATS, IAM)
Execute data operations, including Enterprise Interface Builder, mass updates, validation
Partner with IT on SSO, provisioning, downstream system dependencies
Independently troubleshoot Tier 2/3 issues
Test, deploy, and document changes across HRIS tenants

🎯 Requirements

5–8+ years of hands-on HRIS experience
Deep configuration expertise across core HRIS modules
Strong experience with integrations, reporting, and security
Comfortable operating autonomously in a production environment
Strong judgment around scalability and long-term maintainability
Strong understanding of HRIS security principles, least privilege access and credentials handling
