Change Management: Lead trainings for stakeholders on updates to ensure adoption.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT or related field.
2+ years in HRIS or HR with system admin/analyst roles.
Proficiency in ADP and HRIS tools (Precipio, Docebo, Greenhouse). SAP/Workday a plus.
Excellent client service and discretion with confidential data.
Experience with HRIS data integration and data auditing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented.
