  • Serve as senior Workday HCM/HRIS owner across HCM, security, reporting, integrations.
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy HCM processes (Hire, Create Position, Move Worker).
  • Own position management configuration (job profiles, positions, supervisory orgs) to keep data clean.
  • Maintain and audit Workday security model for least-privilege access.
  • Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards for insights.
  • Support and troubleshoot integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, RaaS) with HR systems.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM/HRIS experience including production config ownership.
  • Deep experience in at least four areas: Core HCM, Security, Reporting, Integrations, or Talent.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday processes, rules, and configuration best practices.
  • Proven track record leading end-to-end Workday initiatives.
  • Comfort working with complex HR data, resolving issues, and improving data quality.
  • Clear, concise communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
