🎯 Requirements

- Advanced reporting experience (Composite, Matrix/Metrics)
- Proven experience building dashboards in Workday
- Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation
- Self-driven mindset; ability to explain changes to non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent English
