  • Serve as primary HR contact for portfolio companies with BizOps support.
  • Represent corporate HR post-integration; field questions and issues.
  • Partner with BizOps to implement org changes and cultural initiatives.
  • Onboard newly integrated members and transition to steady-state ops.
  • Manage employee relations end-to-end across distributed locations.
  • Deliver HRIS training and ongoing user support; escalate issues.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
  • 5+ years HRBP experience; multi-site or multi-state.
  • Hands-on UKG Pro and/or UKG Pro Workforce Management.
  • Experience in M&A-driven environments; post-close integration.
  • Strong partnering with business leadership; clear communicator.
  • Working knowledge of multi-state employment law; escalation as needed.
