📋 Description

• Provide end-to-end HRBP support for Gen AI Operations.
• Advise leaders and employees across the Enterprise on people matters.
• Coach leaders on people practices and elevate manager skills.
• Lead org planning, onboarding, performance cycles, surveys, and careers.
• Drive people data insights to inform leadership decisions.
• Hybrid work: 3 days/week at SF HQ or NY office.

• 5+ years HR with progression, 3+ years HRBP in a fast-growth company.
• Experience engaging exec-level leadership on org-wide initiatives.
• Relate to diverse backgrounds and quickly build trust.
