๐ฏ Requirements
- 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HRBP role supporting non-tech/business teams
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Solid understanding of HR across talent management, engagement and HR operations
- Experience in retail/manufacturing/sourcing/consumer industries preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
