  • Strategic HR Partnership: Advise non-tech leaders on talent, performance, relations, and org design.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Solid understanding of HR across talent management, engagement and HR operations
  • Experience in retail/manufacturing/sourcing/consumer industries preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
