π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 8+ years progressive HR experience, including retail or field-based support.
- Experience supporting high-volume, hourly workforces.
- Deep knowledge of multi-state labor laws.
- Ability to travel regularly to stores and field locations.
