📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in HRBP capacity and leading a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive business-aligned HR strategies.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and decision-making under pressure.
  • Deep understanding of federal and state labor laws and HR compliance.
