🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in HRBP capacity and leading a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive business-aligned HR strategies.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and decision-making under pressure.
- Deep understanding of federal and state labor laws and HR compliance.
