📋 Description

• Drive day-to-day HR execution with managers on performance cycles and ER.
• Be the go-to partner for frontline managers; guide on team health, coaching, and policies.
• Support and operationalize People programs; implement performance, engagement, and retention.
• Triage and resolve employee relations issues; diagnose early and partner with COEs.
• Maintain operational rigor; track themes and ensure documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HRBPs and COEs across EMEA.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong HR foundation: 3–5 years partnering with managers as Senior HR generalist or HRBP.
• Execution-oriented partner: comfortable with day-to-day details and strong follow-through.
• Manager coach: guide frontline managers through performance conversations and ER issues.
• Operationally strong: bring structure, organization, and discipline to people processes.
• Good judgment under pressure: balance empathy with accountability for sensitive matters.
• High integrity: trusted, fair, principled; execution-heavy and manager-focused.
