  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years HRBP experience, ideally Product & Engineering in tech/fintech.
  • Proven track record leading HRBP teams and executive presence.
  • Deep HR expertise: employment law, total rewards, org design, talent mgmt.
  • Mandarin and English fluency; strong cross-cultural communication; data-driven.
  • Nice to have: global mobility, M&A, rapid-scale environments, and crypto interest.
