- 10+ years HRBP experience, ideally Product & Engineering in tech/fintech.
- Proven track record leading HRBP teams and executive presence.
- Deep HR expertise: employment law, total rewards, org design, talent mgmt.
- Mandarin and English fluency; strong cross-cultural communication; data-driven.
- Nice to have: global mobility, M&A, rapid-scale environments, and crypto interest.
