- Coach managers on talent plans to support growth.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 10+ years HR experience with at least 5 years as a people partner in high-growth orgs.
- Experience across a global matrix in fast-paced environments, USHQ.
- Qualifications in HR, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent.
- Experience using Workday or similar HRIS.
- Strong preference partnering with Product, Engineering and Commercial teams.
- Broad HR knowledge: employee relations, talent management, planning, compensation.
