  • Partner across functions and leadership in APAC to drive regional HR priorities.
  • Interpret regional strategies and translate into HR roadmaps with action plans.
  • Foster positive employee relations with transparent communication and DV values.
  • Support performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Lead HR aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration.
  • Coach managers on talent plans to support growth.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 10+ years HR experience with at least 5 years as a people partner in high-growth orgs.
  • Experience across a global matrix in fast-paced environments, USHQ.
  • Qualifications in HR, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent.
  • Experience using Workday or similar HRIS.
  • Strong preference partnering with Product, Engineering and Commercial teams.
  • Broad HR knowledge: employee relations, talent management, planning, compensation.
