π― Requirements
- 7β10+ years HR experience, including 5+ years as HRBP.
- Regional APAC experience across cultures, business environments, and employment frameworks.
- Strategic partnering: able to guide leaders through ambiguity, make strong judgments, and influence decisions at pace.
- Coaching capability: strong track record of developing leaders and managers through candid, thoughtful feedback.
- Operational range: comfortable moving between strategic work and hands-on execution in a scaling environment.
- Change leadership: calm, credible, and effective during periods of change or uncertainty.
