- Experience in talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HR analytics and translating insights into action.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
