  • Lead HR operations, compliance, and analytics with a team member.

  • Design simple, scalable systems and data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with People, Finance, IT, and leaders to improve workflows.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in HR ops, HRIS, or people operations in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong experience with HR tech (Rippling, Greenhouse); integrations.
  • Own strategy and execution; hands-on, detail-oriented.
  • Experience scaling HR processes and systems from design to execution.
  • Strong HR data skills; turn data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance and US employment law; payroll/benefits.
