- Strong experience with HR tech (Rippling, Greenhouse); integrations.
- Own strategy and execution; hands-on, detail-oriented.
- Experience scaling HR processes and systems from design to execution.
- Strong HR data skills; turn data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with HR compliance and US employment law; payroll/benefits.
