🎯 Requirements

4–7+ years in HRIS / People Systems roles.
Experience with HiBob, Greenhouse, SharePoint, Power BI.
Strong Power BI dashboards and data analytics.
APIs, integrations, and data pipelines experience.
Strong problem-solving and systems thinking mindset.
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration.
