🎯 Requirements

- Proficiency with HiBob, Greenhouse, SharePoint, Power BI
- Experience with Power Automate and workflow automation
- Strong Excel and SQL; data analysis and reporting
- Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and data integration
- Ability to drive data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration
