- Collaborate with HR and business units to gather requirements.

- Bachelor degree in HR, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years experience as HR Systems Administrator or similar.
- Strong HR processes/regulations knowledge; translate to config.
- UKG Pro Core: data admin, Onboarding, BI, Benefits.
- UKG Workforce Management (WFM) timekeeping and leave.
- UKG reporting tools across HCM and WFM; design and troubleshoot reports.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
