  • Collaborate with HR and business units to gather requirements.
  • Configure and maintain UKG system settings per HR/IT needs.
  • Build and support UKG reporting/analytics for stakeholders and systems.
  • Establish and maintain UKG integrations with GuidePoint apps and middleware.
  • Support UKG integrations with app-to-app and Workato middleware.
  • Provide timely end-user support, troubleshooting, and resolution.

  • Bachelor degree in HR, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years experience as HR Systems Administrator or similar.
  • Strong HR processes/regulations knowledge; translate to config.
  • UKG Pro Core: data admin, Onboarding, BI, Benefits.
  • UKG Workforce Management (WFM) timekeeping and leave.
  • UKG reporting tools across HCM and WFM; design and troubleshoot reports.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
