  • Provide operational HR support for requests across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Manage global HR tasks across the employee lifecycle with accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in HR operations or HR shared services.
  • Fluent in English and local language.
  • Ability to work flexible 24/7 shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays).
  • Experience in high-volume HR operations.
  • Experience with HRIS, HR systems, or case management tools.
  • Must be located in the EMEA region.
