๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Provide operational HR support for requests across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Manage and execute global HR tasks across the employee life cycle with accuracy.
  • Respond to HR hotline and written inquiries, addressing EOR and client questions.
  • Manage operational requests and ensure timely delivery within SLAs.
  • Serve as temporary backup for country HR operations when coverage gaps occur.
  • Collaborate with country owners and team leads to ensure continuity of HR service delivery.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR operations, HR shared Services, or a similar HR support role
  • Fluent in English, and local language
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays for 24/7 global support
  • Experience in high-volume HR operational environments
  • Experience working in a global HR environment supporting multiple regions or countries
  • Must be located in Malaysia, Philippines or India
