🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in HR operations and HRIS administration.
- Strong data analytics with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of Ukrainian Labour Law (КЗпП) and GDPR.
- Experience in HR process development and implementation.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Systems thinking and attention to detail.
