📋 Description

• Provide analytical support and oversight in a Shared Services environment.
• Manage HR lifecycle tasks; support immigration and unemployment programs.
• Ensure data integrity in Workday and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Recruiting, Compensation, L&D, Legal, and IT on processes.
• Drive process improvements and adopt new technologies.
• Proactively identify issues and drive automation for self-service.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years HR/HR operations experience; Bachelor's or Associate degree or equivalent.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Multitasker with strong prioritization.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Adaptable and proactive; can anticipate needs.
• Tech-savvy with Excel, Google Suite, and HRIS; quick to learn new systems.
