- Primary HR contact for employees and people managers in the region.
- Provide compliant, empathetic HR advice on ER, PM and policy interpretation.
- Lead ER cases end-to-end from intake to investigation and resolution.

- Partner with HR Tech, Payroll, Benefits, and other CoEs to ensure accurate transactions.

- 5+ years in HR Generalist, People Advisor, or HR Operations in a global or matrixed organization.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and policy interpretation.
- Proven ability to manage employee relations cases confidentially.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills; coach managers.
- Experience with HRIS and working across time zones in distributed teams.
- Experience contributing to HR process improvements or automation initiatives.
