๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Primary HR contact for employees and people managers in the region.
  • Provide compliant, empathetic HR advice on ER, PM and policy interpretation.
  • Lead ER cases end-to-end from intake to investigation and resolution.
  • Manage onboarding, mobility, promotions, performance, and offboarding processes.
  • Partner with HR Tech, Payroll, Benefits, and other CoEs to ensure accurate transactions.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to HR workflows.

  • 5+ years in HR Generalist, People Advisor, or HR Operations in a global or matrixed organization.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and policy interpretation.
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations cases confidentially.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills; coach managers.
  • Experience with HRIS and working across time zones in distributed teams.
  • Experience contributing to HR process improvements or automation initiatives.
