๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Provide HR advice and support to Sales, Service and Support as priorities.
  • Ensure HR policies/procedures meet legislative and audit requirements.
  • Advise on local labour law and coach leaders through conflicts and grievances.
  • Experience with EMEA jurisdictions (Benelux, Nordics, MENA, UK) a major plus.
  • Partner with COEs (Total Rewards, TA, L&D) as liaison with clients.
  • PM support and HR initiative rollout (talent reviews, comp planning, engagement).

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • A minimum of 3+ years of progressive HR experience in a European environment.
  • Ability to build strong internal relationships and partnerships.
  • Knowledge of compensation, local/EMEA labor law, and HR investigations.
  • Able to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
