- Provide HR advice and support to Sales, Service and Support as priorities.
- Ensure HR policies/procedures meet legislative and audit requirements.
- Advise on local labour law and coach leaders through conflicts and grievances.
- Experience with EMEA jurisdictions (Benelux, Nordics, MENA, UK) a major plus.
- Partner with COEs (Total Rewards, TA, L&D) as liaison with clients.
- PM support and HR initiative rollout (talent reviews, comp planning, engagement).
๐ฏ Requirements
- A minimum of 3+ years of progressive HR experience in a European environment.
- Ability to build strong internal relationships and partnerships.
- Knowledge of compensation, local/EMEA labor law, and HR investigations.
- Able to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
