๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelor's/Masterโs in HR or related field.
- 8-15 years HR experience, startup/high-growth preferred.
- Knowledge of Singapore HR policy and employment laws.
- APAC multi-country experience (Singapore, SK, AU, IN, JP...).
- Experience managing lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Understand payroll regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned to business goals.
- Proficient with HRIS and Payroll; strong communication; hands-on.
