  • APAC multi-country experience (Singapore, SK, AU, IN, JP...).
  • Experience managing lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
  • Understand payroll regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned to business goals.
  • Proficient with HRIS and Payroll; strong communication; hands-on.
