📋 Description

  • Serve as primary HR contact for Philippines employees; core of global People team.

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong HR experience with HR operations and employee-facing support.
  • Good knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Experience using Workday and HR data/reporting.
  • Experience supporting managers and employees on day-to-day HR topics (policy, relations, performance).
  • Interest in using technology and AI-enabled tools to improve workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field.
