- Conduct monthly HR audits to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
- Manage onboarding surveys and track completion.
- Support CALA lifecycle processes, including changes and transitions.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 2+ years in HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Admin.
- EST hours (MonโFri) from India.
- Hands-on with HRIS systems (Workday, Oracle or ADP).
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive HR information with discretion.
