  • Sort and respond to employee requests within deadlines via Jira/Asana/email/chat.
  • Provide operational HR support and train staff on self-service tools.
  • Carry out HR transactions: new hires, contracts, salary changes, promotions, terminations.
  • Maintain employee records in Workday accurately and promptly.
  • Prepare employment docs and remuneration certificates as needed.
  • Support onboarding, monitor probation and coordinate offboarding.
  • Collect payroll data and work with payroll teams regularly.
  • Update intranet and employee-facing documentation.
  • Maintain knowledge of HR policies; act as employees' main contact.
  • Collaborate with HR Partners, Compensation, HRIS, and Talent Acquisition.

  • Provide operational support to other countries when required.
