- 3+ years in HR Operations in fast-growth environments.
- End-to-end employee lifecycle experience.
- Excel/analytics: VLOOKUP, Pivot tables.
- HRIS experience (Workday) โ a plus.
- Onboarding, offboarding, and documentation management.
- Payroll data accuracy; detail-oriented with sensitive cases.
