HR Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Own People Operations end-to-end: onboarding, queries, contracts, benefits
• Partner with People team to deliver programs: reviews, surveys, compensation
• Build and improve processes, workflows, and self-service experiences
• Keep people data accurate in BambooHR; support reporting and visibility
• Ensure core People Ops is compliant, organized and audit-ready
• Collaborate with Finance, IT and vendors on payroll inputs, onboarding, and scalable Ops
• Build scalable People Operations to improve the employee lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in People Ops/HR Ops or HR Generalist; end-to-end ownership
• Strong systems, spreadsheets and data; supports decisions
• Proactive, self-directed; spot gaps and fix them
• Hands-on, detail-oriented with big-picture thinking
• Eager to use automation, AI or technology to simplify work
• Nice to Have: BambooHR familiarity; remote/global teams; UK/EMEA practices
