📋 Description

• Operational backbone for EMEA region, ensuring seamless employee journeys.
• Lifecycle delivery for HR ops from joiners to leavers, payroll and related processes.
• Handle employee queries via ServiceNow ticketing.
• Partner with Recruitment Ops to ensure smooth candidate to employee transitions.
• Lead process improvements and standardise SOPs and playbooks.
• Data and Systems keep HR systems up to date and use feedback to improve operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in HR Operations or Shared Services for EMEA.
• Strong focus on employee experience and customer service.
• Process management; led improvements and created SOPs.
• Technical skills: ServiceNow and Workday essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; second language helpful.
• Problem solver; able to work independently in a fast paced, confidential environment.
