๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Process Workday lifecycle transactions (new hires, changes, transfers, terminations).
  • Maintain accurate Workday data; ensure updates and data integrity.
  • Support global onboarding for a smooth employee experience.
  • Administer HR operations programs and assist with verifications.
  • Assist senior leaders with submission and tracking of expense reports.
  • Maintain HR process documentation and internal resources.
  • Manage international benefits across EMEA and APAC (enrollments, life events).

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 1โ€“3 years in HR operations, HRIS, benefits, or related HR role.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms; Workday preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Experience supporting global/multi-country HR processes is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills; multitasking across priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business or related field preferred.
