- Process Workday lifecycle transactions (new hires, changes, transfers, terminations).
- Maintain accurate Workday data; ensure updates and data integrity.
- Support global onboarding for a smooth employee experience.

- Maintain HR process documentation and internal resources.

๐ฏ Requirements
- 1โ3 years in HR operations, HRIS, benefits, or related HR role.
- Experience with HRIS platforms; Workday preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience supporting global/multi-country HR processes is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills; multitasking across priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business or related field preferred.
