📋 Description

  • Process HR lifecycle transactions (hires, changes, leaves, terminations).
  • Maintain accurate employee records for compliance and audits.
  • Collaborate with TA, Payroll, Benefits, and HRBPs on end-to-end processes.
  • Oversee onboarding activities, I-9 and E-Verify (where applicable) and orientation.
  • Administer orientation materials and ensure timely onboarding.
  • Coordinate benefit enrollments and vendor setups in systems.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years in HR Operations, HRIS, or HR admin.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, employment law basics, HRIS workflows.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle.
  • Experience supporting immigration processes (preferred).
  • Multi-state or multi-country HR operations experience (preferred).
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus (preferred).
