- Process HR lifecycle transactions (hires, changes, leaves, terminations).
- Maintain accurate employee records for compliance and audits.
- Collaborate with TA, Payroll, Benefits, and HRBPs on end-to-end processes.
- Oversee onboarding activities, I-9 and E-Verify (where applicable) and orientation.
- Administer orientation materials and ensure timely onboarding.
- Coordinate benefit enrollments and vendor setups in systems.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years in HR Operations, HRIS, or HR admin.
- Knowledge of HR processes, employment law basics, HRIS workflows.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle.
- Experience supporting immigration processes (preferred).
- Multi-state or multi-country HR operations experience (preferred).
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus (preferred).
