  • MBA with 5-7 years in HR Operations
  • Experience as HR Administrator / Ops Executive / HR Assistant
  • Hands-on with HRIS / HRMS systems
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
  • ERP experience with SAP or Oracle
