  • Organize and maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare and manage HR letters, contracts, and related docs.
  • Coordinate with PF vendors, insurers, and compliance agencies.
  • Oversee end-to-end leave and attendance processes.
  • Handle background verification requests and related tasks.
  • Support payroll data with LOA, leaves, schedules.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • MBA with 2-3 years of HR Operations experience.
  • Experience as HR Administrator / HR Ops Executive / HR Assistant.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS systems.
  • Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
