๐ฏ Requirements
- MBA with 2-3 years of HR Operations experience.
- Experience as HR Administrator / HR Ops Executive / HR Assistant.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS systems.
- Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
