  • Organize and maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare offer, exit, bonafide letters and contracts.
  • Coordinate with PF vendors, insurers, and compliance agencies.
  • Support end-to-end leave and attendance processes.
  • Handle background verification requests.
  • Coordinate with procurement for expenses and payroll data.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • MBA with 2โ€“3 years HR Operations experience.
  • Experience as HR Administrator / HR Ops Executive / HR Assistant.
  • Hands-on with HRIS / HRMS systems.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
