π― Requirements
- 5+ years in HR Operations or HR Shared Services, preferably across EMEA.
- 3+ years people management including coaching and performance management.
- End-to-end HR lifecycle experience (onboarding, changes, separations, payroll impacts).
- Strong knowledge of EMEA employment practices, GDPR, and compliance.
