🎯 Requirements

- Deep U.S. HR operations expertise (multi-state).
- Hands-on with HiBob and Greenhouse (HRIS/ATS).
- Experience leading global or distributed teams.
- Ability to standardize regional processes and lifecycle delivery.
- Automation/workflow implementation experience.
