Own HR Operations for the U.S. employee population.
Manage HR systems: HiBob (HRIS) and Greenhouse (ATS).
Design, execute, and improve scalable HR operations and processes.
Ensure compliance with US regs; act as escalation point.
Collaborate with HR leadership and cross-functional teams (Payroll, Legal, Finance).
Drive data accuracy, privacy, and HR data governance across systems.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in HR Operations or People Ops.
Experience with Greenhouse ATS and HiBob HRIS.
Strong HR data, analytics, and reporting skills.
Knowledge of US HR regulations and compliance.
Experience with onboarding, lifecycle events, and HR workflows.
Ability to translate requirements into scalable system solutions.
