- Support day-to-day HR operations in Canada and the US.

- Manage onboarding and offboarding, including docs and system setup.
- Prepare HR documents such as verification letters and policy updates.
- Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
π― Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Employee relations experience.
- Payroll and tax knowledge.
- Knowledge of compliance, leave management, benefits, vendor relationships.
- Ideally strong knowledge of CAN and US HR practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
