📋 Description

  • Maintain employee records and HR changes
  • Assist recruiting: post jobs, schedule interviews, onboarding
  • Process bi-weekly and off-cycle pay runs
  • Reconcile monthly benefit invoices
  • Post intranet news and respond to employee inquiries
  • Support Activities Committee and coordinate office events

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (experience may substitute)
  • Proficiency in Excel (formulas and spreadsheets)
  • Experience with HRIS systems and payroll (preferred)
  • SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
