  • Manage operational workflow for HR Partners across client accounts.
  • Use Asana to manage all projects and keep HR Partner, Ops, and client aligned.
  • Route Level 1 items to the Dedicated Support Advisor and ensure timely completion.
  • Identify automation opportunities using Asana rules, Gmail filters, Gumloop, and AI tools.
  • Master triage to distinguish Level 1, Level 2, and escalations for continuous service.
  • Handle Level 1 back-end admin tasks like data entry, time card corrections, wage garnishments.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in Operations, HR Support, or HR coordination (consulting/SaaS multi-client)
  • Passion for scalable HR processes and system improvements
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen eye for detail
  • Strong technical proficiency; quick to learn new systems
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and common productivity tools; AI a plus
  • Direct, hands-on experience with Gusto; HRIS/payroll familiarity a plus
