  • Review benefit plans with brokers; flag risks and costs.
  • Maintain HRIS records and ensure compliance with laws.

  • Bachelor's in HR/Business or related field (or equivalent)
  • 1โ€“2+ years in HR Generalist or HR admin
  • Strong knowledge of benefits programs and administration
  • Hands-on onboarding experience for new hires
  • Knowledge of federal/state/local employment and benefits laws
  • Workday experience; PHR/SHRM-CP preferred
