- Bachelor's in HR/Business or related field (or equivalent)
- 1โ2+ years in HR Generalist or HR admin
- Strong knowledge of benefits programs and administration
- Hands-on onboarding experience for new hires
- Knowledge of federal/state/local employment and benefits laws
- Workday experience; PHR/SHRM-CP preferred
