🎯 Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law, payroll practices, and work pass regulations.
- Prior experience managing or mentoring HR staff.
- Experience supporting a standalone or branch office environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
