📋 Description

  • Serve as primary HR partner to leadership and employees in the Singapore.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a multinational organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law, payroll practices, and work pass regulations.
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring HR staff.
  • Experience supporting a standalone or branch office environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
